Dariusz was our private driver for the day and he was incredible! Absolute joy to be with him for our entire experience. He picks you up at your hotel then drives to each location and allowed us to enjoy them while giving us tons of information & stories. He then waits for you to finish the excursion before moving onto the next location. He is well worth it & it is better than taking different public transportation methods to get to each location. When you’re with someone for 8+ hours it is nice to be with others and with Dariusz. Do note that Baths is around 3 hours from downtown London which is why having a fun driver and friends makes the distance better. I would recommend doing this with friends or family since it is a more premium price as well. Don’t forget to be respectful and enjoy yourself!Posted on TripadvisorVerified Wonderful Day with Darius! Darius picked us up at our hotel right on time. We immediately built a fun rapport as we drove to the Cotswold. He was incredibly knowledgeable of local culture and helped tell the story of the region and the people. He has thoughtfully made us a reservation for lunch at a beautiful inn. He took pictures for us at every turn. Oops. What we got was the greatest guide trip ever. Dariusz was beyond outstanding and we had time to hit a couple photo spots. If you love horse racing ask to get a photo of Ascot while you go by There are many great drivers in this group i am sure but we laughed so much my sides were sore. Fantastic and thanks for our tour!Posted on TripadvisorVerified Wonderful day trip to the Cotswolds Eddie was our lovely driver, and he truly made our day to the Cotswolds the best day of our vacation! He went above and beyond to get as much as we could out of our day trip. He knew how to avoid traffic, how to get us in to the best areas, where to eat, best routes to take, all the things. On top of that, he was quite fun and a great guy! He even gave us helpful advice and recommendations that we used for the rest of our vacation! Can’t recommend him enough! We headed over to Stonehenge, had a very yummy lunch at an English Pub, then headed to Windsor/Eaton for a few hours. Charles was such a great guide, we felt like we spent the day with a good friend. He was also very flexible with out time and even dropped us off at a different spot. He contacted me days before the tour just to confirm everything and answer any questions I had. He also let me know that the time was changing the night before our tour, which was very useful information as the hotel did not mention anything about a time change and we were not aware of it. David is very knowledgeable and shares a lot of information while driving to each destination. We learned about not only the sites we were set to see but also about the buildings, statues and areas that we passed along the way. We started our day at Hampton Court. David provided us with tips on how to make the most of our time there. We were able to explore on our own and then he picked us up for our lunch break. David had reservations already made for us at a cute restaurant on the river. We ate inside the restaurant and David stayed outside and was ready to go when we were done. The food and service there was excellent. We then continued to Windsor Castle. We were able to take all the time we wanted touring the castle and then shopped around the town afterwards. When we were ready, I simply sent David a text and he was there and ready to go in 5 minutes. We had a pleasant drive back to our hotel with great conversation. Ask him anything about the area and he will be able to answer with confidence. David is also knowledgeable regarding accessibility at the sites. My mom needed to use a cane that day and David was very patient and assisted her with getting in and out of the van. Additionally, we asked David about local markets to visit the next day and he provided us with information on several different ones. We went with the market he recommended and my mom had a blast walking around and shopping. Bottom line, we had a great time, we appreciated his service, and we would definitely book with David again.Load more
